deep thinking

Sometimes we think
Nobody cares of us
Our trust is lost
But we should believe
It’s all the test that we go through now
By the Mercy of God

Someday the connection will be cut
Then I reclaim my dust
I will think of myself pleading for my soul
It’s not me
It’s what God told me,
(Who would side with you
If you break the rules of the game
And leave your friend in pain?
What shall you do
If the world accuses you of the thing you didn’t do?
Tell me your truth)

Society gives no space for…

Dear me

Aren’t you tired of living in a dream
Where you live like a queen?
You never did and you never will
If you keep floating on a hopeless ship.
Keep learning, keep growing
Stick to your beliefs.

Each day should be different,
Each pray should be committed
Wishes do come true, so don’t kill them

You find yourself to be in vain when things go off the rails
You should be insane if this tiny little thing makes you out of the game
Every time you fail, keep in mind to say
It’s okay to start again

Will you ever…

The reason why

I want to extract myself from society:
I get intoxicated with their morality
Foreign to my mentality
But I come from them
I need to connect to help
Their energy comes so heavy to my soul
I can’t bear it

Love is my medicine, You are my medicine
I plead you, please
Set my mind at peace with the world

When I’m asleep
I take the things like they’re real
I mutter only prayers like I’m off to be dead

Sometimes I’m calm with my acts
Sometimes I get disturbed with my nafs*
No records for a sleeper
I feel like I’m…

There is a call to become a global citizen
Good things by big people are being encouraged
But I don’t see which intentions are behind the wheel
We cannot judge by what we never discover
So we judge by the cover, we judge by the cover
But the flip side is turning over for the public with its dark mind
Tell me is this the world you’re looking for?
Is this the world you’re proud of?
Is this the world you’re setting long-term goals on?
Is this the world you set your concern on?

My beloved ego, just listen

in memory of my great-grandpa

Days and nights of unstoppable battles. No food, no shelter. Soldiers had to fight till the end. Berlin is shrouded in the dark. Soviet soldier Orynbasar fought because of the orders he had to obey. When his tank broke into the jewelry store shattering the window glasses, other soldiers were all after collecting the scattered pieces of jewelry. They collected plenty of them and headed back towards the tank. Orynbasar just wanted to eat, sit and rest. He went upstairs and saw a family dining in a shabby room. He asked if he could join the meal, and they gave…

“I don’t take my life seriously, but I take what I do — in my life — seriously.” — Audrey Hepburn

One weekend night, mom called me to the sitting room and said: “Benka, come here! Here is the film you’ll love. There is an actress who is very beautiful and incredibly wonderful when she smiles. You love her… We love her” (meant my mom, granny, and aunt). It piqued my interest, so I rushed to see her. Everyone gathered to watch Roman Holiday. I was 6 or 7 then, but I was so excited after watching the film that I longed to watch it again.

Some years after that, I came across Sabrina. Old movies were not shown often at…

Complaints of my soul to my mind

Photo by Morgan Basham on Unsplash

Such a cheap price, accepted the lie
Traded my soul to tame my desires
And still walking on the razor’s edge.

I don’t live, I survive
Don’t I think that all what I say
Are wasted words that bring me a disgrace?

I hide the truth under my sleeves
I leave the poor with its own needs.
No matter how deep,
No matter how strong
All of my deeds are temporal
(heard the wrong voice, made the wrong choice
I just live to rejoice)
And never in my life once again
No one will tell me
I could be the devil’s toy.

I would be happy to know if that kind of feelings and thoughts are shared with people. thank you, with love. Benazir.

The walls constrict in the dark,

Tear me apart without pain.

I can’t see if my heart is shiny

Some said I’m only dust

I’d disappear like a shot

But I feel my soul inside me

Lifted in the space

I don’t even know where I’m being taken away

Did they lie to me?

They lied to me

They’re not with me

I’ve been deceived.

I’m being lifted in the sky

Someone whispers I’ll be fine.

After a short reply

From the source of light

I’m falling down,

Down beneath the ground.

For a while

I see people all around

From the moment the rocket takes off, you feel the pressure, and the force tries to pull you back. You’re leaving the Earth to watch it from space. From the outset, your intention was to complete the mission appointed to you. Your mind soothes you and tells you you’ll see your motherland once again. But the fear keeps chasing you. It’s been too long in your counts while the machine is still trying to go through the layers of the sky. Then.
